He is a licensed and trained Independent Agent, certified with top Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement & Prescription Drug plan carriers.

He is a certified agent for Covered California. As a licensed agent, he can actively assist individuals, families, and small businesses in California navigate the complexities of  the Affordable Care Act.

The Affordable Care Act has been a game changer. Health insurance remains a complex and constantly evolving field. We strive to stay up to date on all the changes and complexities of the new health care law and provide you the information you need.

If you decide that you need personal assistance, we are there to assist you at no additional cost to you.

We are located in California and will be happy to assist you as a registered agent if you live in that state. If you are located in another state, we will endeavor to find you a qualified insurance agent to research and evaluate all of your possible health plan options, cutting through the clutter to find the right plan tailored to your health, age, income and lifestyle.

The new health care law provides no incentive for an agent to push one plan or another. Agents are paid the same percentage by all the insurance carriers in the marketplace. Therefore what you want, if you seek the services of an independent broker, is knowledge and ability to work with you. Your agent’s job should not end when you obtain insurance. Your health care broker should be your advocate, and engage with your insurance carrier on your behalf, from claim issues and denials to billing questions and appeals, for the duration of your policy.

Again, there is no cost to you for these services. You agent is compensated by a commission paid by the health insurance company, a price that is baked into the policy price whether you use their services or not.

Please contact us if we can be of greater assistance.
